Yesterday I truly realized how much of a difference a good break can make to your stress levels. I’ve started exercising fairly regularly too recently, which I now realize is a major factor that is keeping me enthusiastic and not letting in the “I need to do something worthwhile today, I haven’t done anything productive for myself” thought. Exercise really does wonders to our mental health. It’s funny how we all know this and yet many of us just don’t do it. I wonder why.
